Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all members, please review and follow the policies below regarding our group training classes:
Class Booking & Attendance
Online Booking Required: All group classes must be booked in advance through our online scheduling platform. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel at least 3 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing a session credit and to allow space for others.
Waitlist System: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified via the Spaces App if a spot opens up.
Check-In & Participation
Check-In Required: All participants must check in at the front desk or via the app upon arrival.
All Fitness Levels Welcome: Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Our experienced trainers will provide modifications as needed to ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone.
Additional Training Services
Any one-on-one or small group training services provided by trainers outside of group classes are not included in your membership. These services must be discussed, scheduled, and paid for directly with the trainer.
Communication
All class updates, cancellations, and announcements will be communicated through the Spaces App. Please ensure notifications are enabled to stay informed.
