What’s the difference between Bootcamps and Group Trainings?Bootcamps are larger, fast-paced training sessions designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mental grit. They often mix bodyweight movements, cardio drills, and strength circuits. Group Trainings are more structured, progressive, and usually smaller—ideal if you want more coaching cues and consistent progression.

What is Athletic Training and who is it for?Athletic Training at Daygo is designed for youth, high school, collegiate, or adult athletes looking to enhance performance in their sport. These sessions focus on speed, agility, power, strength, and injury prevention—everything an athlete needs to perform at their highest level.

Can I combine services like Personal Training and Bootcamps?Absolutely! Many of our members combine different offerings to get a balanced approach. For example, some people do 1-on-1 sessions for skill development and jump into bootcamps for extra conditioning. Talk to our staff and we’ll help build a custom plan.

Open GymWe’re excited to offer open gym access for our members, providing a flexible and comfortable workout experience. Please note the following guidelines: Booking Required: All open gym sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our website or mobile app. Capacity Limit: A maximum of 12 people can book per workout time slot to ensure a spacious and productive environment. Workout Duration: Each session is limited to 90 minutes to allow fair access for all members. Waitlist Available: If your preferred time slot is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens. For a seamless booking experience, be sure to download our mobile app today!
