Internship Program 

Daygo Performance’s unpaid internship program offers youth (Ages 16-23) valuable hands-on experience, skill development, and career-building opportunities in a supportive environment. Our goal is to empower the next generation with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to thrive in the fitness industry and beyond.

Program Overview

Duration: 12 weeks 
Ages: 16 -23

Acquire valuable unpaid real-world experience in a dynamic fitness. Collaborate with seasoned coaches and master the essentials of personal training, front desk duties, and more.

2011-2014

Interns will be refining their skills in:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greeting members, assisting with check-ins, and answering questions.

  • Customer Service: Providing support to members and ensuring a positive gym experience.

  • Facility Maintenance: Helping to keep the gym clean, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Event Coordination: Supporting community outreach events and gym promotions.

  • Trainer Support: Assisting trainers during group sessions or personal training setups.

  • Administrative Tasks: Learning the basics of scheduling, bookings, and member management.

Program Requirements

•    Attendance: Students are required to attend minimum 2 days per week for scheduled shifts.

•    Task Completion: Participants must complete assigned tasks, including assisting trainers, maintaining the facility, and other responsibilities.

•    Activity Participation: Students will actively engage in program activities, including hands-on learning sessions and team exercises.

•    Exercise Participation: Interns will take part in physical exercises to better understand fitness methodologies.

•    Feedback & Evaluation: Students will have periodic check-ups with program coordinators to receive feedback on performance and discuss progress.

•    Log-In System: Participants will log their hours using a provided system to track attendance and performance.
