Classes FAQ

Yes! We provide kids and youth fitness training, including general fitness classes and sport-specific training. Our programs focus on building strength, coordination, and healthy habits in a fun and safe environment.
For sport-specific youth training, please contact our trainers directly to discuss your child’s training needs and goals. Each sport program is customized to the athlete’s requirements.

Ages 15+ may work out in the facility with parental or guardian permission.
A parent/guardian must sign them up for a membership and complete the required health and waiver forms.
They must follow our workout duration policies and facility guidelines at all times.

Ages 12+ may participate in Daygo Performance classes with signed consent from a parent or guardian.
We recommend starting with beginner-friendly classes unless your child already has fitness experience.

For safety reasons, we don't offer childcare services, and unsupervised children aren't allowed in workout areas. Please make sure all minors are supervised by a responsible adult if they're not participating in a class or training session.

ou can call, email, or speak with a Daygo Performance team member at the front desk. We’ll connect you with the right trainer or coach for your child’s needs.

Our group classes at Daygo Performance are designed to support every fitness level and goal, from building strength to improving mobility and endurance. All classes are led by independent contractors who train out of our facility. These trainers also offer additional private services outside of your gym membership, which may require a separate fee.
How to Join a Class:
Members: Included with your Elite Membership.
ClassPass Members: Book easily through the ClassPass app.
Non-Members or Basic members: Drop in for just $20 per class — no commitment needed.
Our Signature Classes:
Strength & Conditioning Train like an athlete with a blend of resistance exercises, bodyweight movements, and metabolic conditioning. Build lean muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall performance in every session.
Senior Fitness Class Our Senior Fitness Classes are designed specifically for adults aged 55 and older who want to stay active, strong, and mobile. Each class focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility to support better movement and overall daily living.
Adults & Kids P.E High-energy, sweat-drenching sessions designed to torch calories and boost stamina. You’ll cycle through strength, cardio, and agility drills for a full-body challenge that keeps your heart rate up and results rolling in.

How do I book a class? All Daygo Performance members are required to download our mobile app to book any classes or services but non members can book on our website as well. Because class sizes are limited, booking in advance is required to secure your spot.
Members: Book directly through the Daygo Performance mobile app "Spaces"
Non-Members: Book through our website or mobile app.
ClassPass Members: Book directly through ClassPass.
Please note: If you want to schedule training sessions outside of group classes, you must arrange those directly with the individual trainer.

If you're an Ultimate Member, all group classes are included in your membership—no additional booking fees apply. Basic and Elite Members receive a discounted rate on each class when booking through the app or website.

Yes! Non-members are welcome to attend group classes by paying our standard drop-in fee. All class bookings must be made in advance on our website or mobile app.

Yes! We love welcoming members from our affiliated partner programs. However, please note that group classes and additional services are not included with the partnership benefits.
If you’d like to join a class or book an additional service, you will need to pay for them separately:
Classes: $20 single-day drop-in, or purchase a class package.
Additional Services: Rates vary by trainer or recovery specialist.

Each class typically lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the workout and group size.

Bring comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, and water. All other equipment will be provided by Daygo Performance.

Personal Training is a 1-on-1 experience tailored to your goals—whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, improved mobility, or general fitness. You’ll work directly with a certified trainer who will build a custom program based on your current fitness level, needs, and schedule. It's the fastest way to see real results.

Private Trainings are small, high-energy sessions led by one of our expert coaches. You’ll train alongside others with similar goals in a focused, supportive environment. Group sizes are kept small so coaches can still give personal attention, while the group setting keeps things fun and motivating.

Group classes from Daygo performance are larger, fast-paced training sessions designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mental grit. They often mix bodyweight movements, cardio drills, and strength circuits. Private Trainings are more structured by our independent contractor trainers, progressive, and usually smaller—ideal if you want more coaching cues and consistent progression.

Athletic Training at Daygo is designed for youth, high school, collegiate, or adult athletes looking to enhance performance in their sport. These sessions focus on speed, agility, power, strength, and injury prevention—everything an athlete needs to perform at their highest level.

Absolutely! Many of our members combine different offerings to get a balanced approach. For example, some people do 1-on-1 sessions for skill development and jump into group classes for extra conditioning. Talk to our staff and we’ll help build a custom plan.
