Daygo Performance Group Classes

Our group classes are exclusive to Daygo Performance and designed to deliver results through high-energy, coach-led sessions in a supportive community. These classes are included with select memberships, but non-members are welcome to drop in for a fee. Each workout is structured for all fitness levels and led by our in-house team to help you move better, get stronger, and stay consistent.
