How do Private Trainings work?Private Trainings are small, high-energy sessions led by one of our expert coaches. You’ll train alongside others with similar goals in a focused, supportive environment. Group sizes are kept small so coaches can still give personal attention, while the group setting keeps things fun and motivating.

What’s the difference between classes offered at Daygo performance vs Training services?Group classes from Daygo performance are larger, fast-paced training sessions designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mental grit. They often mix bodyweight movements, cardio drills, and strength circuits. Private Trainings are more structured by our independent contractor trainers, progressive, and usually smaller—ideal if you want more coaching cues and consistent progression.

What is Athletic Training and who is it for?Athletic Training at Daygo is designed for youth, high school, collegiate, or adult athletes looking to enhance performance in their sport. These sessions focus on speed, agility, power, strength, and injury prevention—everything an athlete needs to perform at their highest level.
