Who qualifies for the Family Membership?
The membership is designed for families living in the same household and includes 3–4 family members.
What ages can participate?
Children must be 6 years or older to participate in the membership.
Do kids need a parent present?
Yes. Children ages 6–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the gym.
Teens 16 years and older may attend on their own with parent/guardian consent on file.
How many classes can each family member attend?
Each family member can attend up to 3 fitness classes per week.
Do we also get open gym access?
Yes. All members included in the family membership have open gym access in addition to their weekly classes.
Can adults and kids attend classes together?
Yes. Families can participate in Adult P.E., Kids P.E., and other eligible classes depending on the schedule.
Do all family members have to attend at the same time?
No. Each family member can attend classes or open gym sessions at different times based on the schedule.
Is personal training included?
Personal training is not included, but family members receive exclusive member discounts with Daygo Performance trainers.
How do we sign up?
You can sign up online, visit the gym, or contact our team and we will help set up your family membership.
