What is senior fitness training?
Our senior fitness program focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall health for adults ages 60+.
Do I need to be in shape to join?
No. Our Class is designed for all fitness levels, including beginners.
What can I expect in a session?
Sessions include low-impact exercises, guided strength training, balance work, and mobility-focused movements.
Is senior fitness included in membership?
Yes. Senior fitness training is included with Elite and Family memberships.
Can insurance help cover the cost?
Yes. Many seniors may qualify for insurance-covered or discounted memberships depending on eligibility
