  • Local Community Partner: Send us a message letting us know your school, business, or organization affiliation.

Step 2: Verification

Our team will review and verify your information.

  • Health insurance eligibility may take up to 3 business days.

  • Local partnership verification will be confirmed directly with our partner.

Step 3: Receive Your Confirmation

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • A unique coupon code for a FREE Basic Membership (health insurance partners), or

  • Next steps and instructions to redeem your exclusive community discounts (local partners).

Step 4: Redeem & Get Started

Use your coupon code or follow the provided steps at checkout to activate your benefits and begin your journey with the Daygo Performance community.

Partnership & Insurance Code Instructions

To ensure we match you with the correct eligibility, please follow these steps:

  1. Renew Active / One Pass / Active & Fit: Enter a 9-digit code starting with either "B" or "P."

  2. American Specialty Health (Adaptive & Fit / Active & Fit): Enter your Fitness ID.

  3. Tivity Health (SilverSneakers / Silver & Fit): Enter your Tivity Health code.

After you enter the code, select your partnership from the dropdown list so we can confirm your eligibility.
