Training and Recovery
- 01Yes! We provide kids and youth fitness training, including general fitness classes and sport-specific training. Our programs focus on building strength, coordination, and healthy habits in a fun and safe environment. For sport-specific youth training, please contact our trainers directly to discuss your child’s training needs and goals. Each sport program is customized to the athlete’s requirements.

- 03Ages 15+ may work out in the facility with parental or guardian permission. A parent/guardian must sign them up for a membership and complete the required health and waiver forms. They must follow our workout duration policies and facility guidelines at all times.
- 04Ages 12+ may participate in Daygo Performance classes with signed consent from a parent or guardian. We recommend starting with beginner-friendly classes unless your child already has fitness experience.
- 05Children ages 6–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the gym. Teens 16 years and older may attend on their own with parent/guardian consent on file.
- 06Yes. All minors must have a parent or guardian sign: Membership Agreement (if applicable) Health Questionnaire Liability Waiver
- 07ou can call, email, or speak with a Daygo Performance team member at the front desk. We’ll connect you with the right trainer or coach for your child’s needs.
