  • How many People Can Enter Daygo Performance?
    At Daygo Performance Fitness Center, each time slot accommodates up to 15 people. We also offer a waitlist option; if someone cancels within 2 hours of their booked time, the spot opens up to the next person on the waitlist, ensuring you have every opportunity to join us for your workout.
  • Training & Recovery
    Each team member operates as an independent contractor, giving them the flexibility to set their own pricing, availability, and policies. This unique approach ensures that you can find a service of your choice whose style, schedule, and price point align perfectly with your needs.   • Gym Hours & Requirements
    Daygo Performance - Gym Hours & Requirements At Daygo Performance, we offer a variety of services to fit your fitness needs, from personal training and recovery to open gym access and group classes. Open Gym Hours: • Monday to Wednesday: 5 AM – 8 PM • Thursday: 5 AM – 8 PM • Friday: 6 AM – 12 PM • Saturday: 7 AM – 12 PM • Sunday: Closed Classes: • Circuit Training: Mondays and Wednesdays, 7 PM – 8 PM • Mobility Class: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 PM – 9 PM • Zumba: Fridays, 5 PM – 6 PM • Circuit Training: Fridays, 6 PM – 7 PM • Multiple Classes: Saturdays, 7 AM – 12 PM Personal Training & Recovery: • Available by appointment only, Monday through Sunday. Facility Use Requirements: • Personal Training & Recovery services require booking through our website. Please contact our team for pricing and availability. • Gym Members must book their open gym sessions or class attendance via our website or mobile app before visiting the facility.

    After intial Signup, you have 7 days until payment is authorized. you may use those 7 days to try out the facility, take some classes and see if our gym is a good fit for you.
