Cancellation Policy

All clients are required to bring their own source of water to each training session. Staying hydrated is crucial for a safe and productive workout. 2. Booking: Clients are encouraged to book their sessions in advance to secure their preferred times. Sessions can be booked online, over the phone, or in person at our facility. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so no later than 24 hours before your booked appointment time. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and manage our trainers’ schedules effectively. 4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to show up for a booked session, may result in a fee equivalent to the cost of the session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies with appropriate documentation. 5. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to complete any necessary preparations and start on time.
