What types of classes does Daygo Performance offer, and who leads them?
Daygo Performance offers a variety of classes and group training services through our independent contractor trainers, including strength and conditioning, athletic training, adult and youth PE-style classes, and recovery-focused sessions.
All classes are led by certified trainers who operate their own businesses within our facility, allowing them to set their own specialties, schedules, and pricing.
