When is Open Gym available?
Open Gym is available Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday/Saturday 7am - 10am. During this time, members can come in and train independently using the facility and equipment.
What are the Group Class hours?
Class schedules are updated monthly and may vary.
Please check our mobile app or website for the most current class times.
When can I schedule Personal / Private Training?
Training hours depend on each trainer's availability.
Contact your trainer directly to schedule or inquire about open time slots.
When are Recovery Services available?
Recovery sessions are based on the provider’s availability.
Please reach out to your preferred specialist directly to book or check hours.
Open Gym
We’re excited to offer open gym access for our members, providing a flexible and comfortable workout experience. Please note the following guidelines:
Booking Required: All open gym sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance through our website or mobile app.
Capacity Limit: A maximum of 6 people can book per workout time slot to ensure a spacious and productive environment.
Workout Duration: Each session is limited to 90 minutes to allow fair access for all members.
Waitlist Available: If your preferred time slot is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.
