Do you offer kids fitness training?
Yes! We provide kids and youth fitness training, including general fitness classes and sport-specific training. Our programs focus on building strength, coordination, and healthy habits in a fun and safe environment.
For sport-specific youth training, please contact our trainers directly to discuss your child’s training needs and goals. Each sport program is customized to the athlete’s requirements.
How do I sign up for youth Fitness Training / Strength & Conditioning ?

Can my child work out at Daygo Performance on their own?
Ages 15+ may work out in the facility with parental or guardian permission.
A parent/guardian must sign them up for a membership and complete the required health and waiver forms.
They must follow our workout duration policies and facility guidelines at all times.
Can my child join group classes?
Ages 12+ may participate in Daygo Performance classes with signed consent from a parent or guardian.
We recommend starting with beginner-friendly classes unless your child already has fitness experience.
Can my kids join me at the gym?
Children ages 6–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the gym.
Teens 16 years and older may attend on their own with parent/guardian consent on file.
Are there special forms for minors?
Yes. All minors must have a parent or guardian sign:
