What does “Open Gym” mean at Daygo Performance?
“Open Gym” gives you access to our facility to train on your own—no trainer, no class—just you and your workout. Each session is limited to 90 minutes, and we cap open gym access at 10 people per time slot to maintain a private, community-driven atmosphere.
What are your membership options?
We offer three unique membership plans designed to fit different needs:
🔍 Trainer Discovery Package – $100 (One-Time Fee)
- Valid for 1 month only
- Includes 4 training sessions with any trainer
- Book all 4 sessions with one trainer or mix and match
- Perfect if you’re new and want to find your best coaching fit!
💪 Basic Membership – $30/month
- 20 Open Gym sessions per month
- Discounts on personal training sessions
- Discounts on recovery services
- Ideal for people who want flexible access + savings on coaching
