Start 2024 with a bang in our Ultimate Fat-Burning Fitness Challenge! Running from January 1st to January 31st, this online event is perfect for men and women all fitness levels. Over four weeks, six days a week, you'll engage in diverse workouts that will intensify each week designed to maximize fat loss ,gain strength and boost overall fitness. Each day, participants will also post a smoothie combining fitness with fun and nutritious eating. Don't Worry, you won't be alone in your fitness journey; With an online community group & our library of demonstration videos will guide you through each exercise, ensuring you perform them safely and effectively. The 4 week Workout Challenge Circuit: Equipment Needed: Squat Rack/Smith Machine, Dumbbells or Cable Machine There are specific activities you will do 6 days out of the week with 1 rest day. They have also been subdivided into smaller circuits making the entire 4 week workout plan appear as follows: • Monday: Circuit A • Tuesday: Circuit B • Wednesday:Circuit C • Thursday: Circuit A • Friday: Circuit B • Saturday: Circuit C • Sunday: Rest Always include a through Warmup before the circuits to prevent injury and a cool down segment at the end of the circuit for a faster recovery.
